NOT ideal for infants/children (carpets and fragile objects). But ok if you watch your children. Located on the second floor of a new building, an elevator ensures seamless access to our home. Guest access Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire one-bedroom apartment, including the private balcony. With a lockbox provided, you'll have a hassle-free self-check-in experience. While parking within the premises can be offered with advance notice, you may also find paid parking options off-premises. Other things to note Flat is NOT best suited for infants, toddlers, small children. As our property is also the host's residence, please note that there will be personal belongings, which means limited storage space. Consider this before booking. Most of the flat is carpeted so please no shoes in the apartment. For longer stays we require MID-STAY cleaning (every 7-10 days) with change of linen and towels, payable by the guest. SOFA linen will be automatically prepared only if the booking is for 3 or 4 guests (but not for 2 guests unless requested). PARKING is on the street in front of the flat and needs to be paid and booked in advance (visitor permit). We will cover the cost but please let us know if you need parking at the time of booking.
