800 m from the Arcachon basin, in the municipality of Cassy, we invite you to discover this little haven of peace composed of a typical house of the Arcachon basin of 1924 that we have renovated for 6 people and its independent studio (for 2 people in addition) which adjoins it. The villa is classified 3*. The ocean beaches of Cap Ferret are about twenty kilometers away, Andernos and its shops accessible by bike from the nearby bike path. The space The oyat villa (classified 3*) built in 1924 has been recently restored. It consists of two bedrooms on the ground floor and a sleeping area under the roofs. The main room, which opens onto two sides, features a fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American-style refrigerator, Nespresso machine), a lovely dining area, and a living room. A large covered terrace completes the living space, a summer kitchen with electric plancha completes the whole. A bathroom with shower, sink, and space for a washing machine, as well as a separate toilet, complete the offering. The villa's bedrooms and living area are air-conditioned for maximum comfort.) Outside, a studio can accommodate two people (additional charge to be applied at the time of booking; indicate 02 additional people to take advantage of this option). The bed is provided with a sofa bed, a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and a kitchenette provide the necessary comfort for a quality stay. Outdoor terraces and shower allow you to enjoy the mild climate of the bay. Chairs are available.
