Ideal for families that want to have direct access to the garden, the Sea villa boasts a slightly larger terrace, making it excellent for extended-family lunches, dinners or just relaxing afternoon family games. From its terrace you can gaze at the ever-changing colors of the Ionian Sea, until it becomes one with the clear, starry night sky when the sun sets. The thoughtfully selected amenities of the Sea villa will make sure your vacations are unforgettably enjoyable. The space Ploes Villas are 4 independent vacation villas located on Skafidia, Western Peloponnese. On a hillside mediterranean garden, they offer panoramic Ionian Sea view and overlook Leventochori sandy beach, while only 35 km from Ancient Olympia. Amazing sunsets meet total relaxation in an atmosphere of natural serenity and peace, day and night. The Villas Each one of our villas Sun, Sea and Sky measures 67 m2, accommodates 4 persons and includes 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size double bed (1.60x2.00m) and one with 2 single beds (0.90x2.00m), while our Moon Villa, ideal for couples, measures 50 m2 and includes 1 bedroom with a queen size double bed (1.60x2.00m). All four villas include their own bathrooms with shower, a spacious living room unified with a well equipped kitchen as well as front and back outdoor terraces with pergolas. All rooms are equipped with their own, separate A/C unit. Kitchens are equipped with refrigerator, compact kitchen/oven, small electric chopper, toast maker, electric juicer, filter coffee maker, electric kettle and adequate flatware, glassware and dinnerware. Living rooms have a fireplace and a 32'' flat pane LG LED TV, with USB and HDMI connectivity. Interior spaces have been kept as simple and open as possible, and decorated with discreet but playful handmade objects, complemented with a light, modern touch in furniture. The main space (living room & kitchen) of each villa is connected to its front terrace where you can enjoy mesmerizing sunsets and candle-lit dinners with a panoramic sea view, while bedrooms are adjacent to the back terrace, ideal for afternoon book reading or coffee. Front terraces are equipped with a cozy sunbed that used to travel the world on board of a cruise ship, a large handmade wooden table and 4 chairs. Surrounding the villas is a shared, common green open space, meticulously taken care of, planted with fragrant mediterranean herbs and fruit trees and covered with soft green grass, ideal for a children's playground. Access to Leventochori beach is only 2 min. on foot. Guest access The villas are fully independent, each one with its own main entrance, private terraces and facilities. The spacious surrounding space (garden & lawn) is shared and plenty for all visitors, as is access to the beach. Guests that arrive by car can reach Ploes Villas through basically 2 different ways: • If you are travelling along the Olympia Odos Motorway (Α8/9 or E55/56) over Patras, you must turn right on the traffic lights before the entrance to Pyrgos, following the sign towards "Skourohorion", and from there on "Ploes Villas" signs will lead you along the way. • If you are travelling along the Eastern Peloponnese Motorway (A8 or E65) pass through the city of Pyrgos, following the signs for Katakolo. After Agios Ioannis village mind a "Ploes Villas" sign on your right. From then on, follow the "Ploes Villas" signs. Nearest airports are Araxos International Airport (GPA) at 63 km and Kalamata International Airport (KLX) at 120km. Both airports are connected with many European cities through regular charter flights during the summer season. Athens is 300 km away. Patras with its port are 100 km away.
