Ten km from the ocher walls of Sarlat, between the Dordogne and Vézère rivers, in the heart of generous nature, our property, 15 ha of meadows and woods, is an LPO refuge. (Protecting Bird League) La Petite Bergerie, half stone, half wood, has been fitted out for the comfort of our guests. Insulation and decoration neat. 2 shower rooms, 2 w.c: ideal for privacy and convenience. The well exposed and secure swimming pool is 20 m away. Our solar panels provide us with green electricity. The space The kitchen offers modern household appliances : induction hob, large electric oven, microwave oven, dish-washer, multifunction robot, electric coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, gas plancha on the covered terrace. The dining area offers a round wooded and ironed table for 4/5 persons. The lounge has large and comfortable armchairs and a few books (in french) with a flat screen TV. (satellite tv and radios). Wood stove with glass door. Logs provided free of charge when required. On the ground floor is one bedroom, its window opening on the rising sun side. Kingsize bed. Independant toilet. Large and luminous shower room with washing machine, hair drier, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner. Baby pack on demand : folding bed, baby changing table, baby bath, high chair. Upstairs is the second bedroom with its own shower room and toilet. There are two beds (90 x 190 cm) that we can get juxtaposed or apart from each other. Heated towel rail in both shower rooms. Electric inertia heaters every where else. Controlled mechanical ventilation. Rustic garden furniture in the shade of two magnificent oak trees Guest access Of course you will enjoy the swimming pool that, in all friendliness and discretion, our family is very pleased to share with yours. Jean-Luc is doing the maintenance every morning at variable and negociated hours ! depending upon your own planing for your first bathing. You also have acces to our woods and meadowst , for your morning joggings ou digestive walks, to the badmington area. There is a table tennis table for your own use (we have got ours !) We can lend you sets of bowls to play "pétanque". Games take then place with ease along our paths. Also, come and knock at the door for any question or request.
