Relaxation for the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. Perfect starting point for activities in the south of South Tyrol, in the Dolomites or on Lake Garda. A haven of peace in the spacious outdoor area or on the wrap-around terrace. The space The 140 sqm apartment is on the ground floor with the garden, which can be reached via stairs from the courtyard. A large entrance area with a rural-style wardrobe immediately invites you to feel at home. The apartment has 2 double and 1 single rooms, a spacious living room (satellite TV, also with German channels) with sofa bed and dining table, 2 bathrooms, both with toilet, one with bathtub and washing machine; a well-equipped separate kitchen with coffee machine, oven, large fridge-freezer combination, unfortunately without dishwasher, but on vacation you have time ;-). A dining table on the wrap-around balcony offers a shady spot in summer. Other seating is available both on the balcony and in the garden and courtyard. Sun loungers are available for the lawn depending on the "sun hunger". Guest access Parking, shaded by grapevines, is available on our farm in front of the house. If the check-in in the afternoon does not work and we cannot receive you personally, there is a key box in which you will find the key. An information folder in the apartment will then help you further....In it you will find, for example, bus connections, shopping facilities, "How do I use what", house rules, tips for activities and discoveries....and if there are still questions, one of us can be reached by phone.
