Old house but beautifully renovated over the years. Very close to a shopping center (200 meters) and close to the Swiss border (15 minutes by bus or bike). Bus stops are very close to the house. The room and bathroom are on the ground floor. The space The bedroom is on the ground floor and contains two twin beds, and there is a private bathroom on the same level. The house is close to the center of Annemasse and close to Geneva (4-5 km). There's a bus stop right next to the house. The ski resorts are about 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours away. A shopping center is close to the house (100 m). Fast WIFI is available as well as a parking space. Although the house is close to the city center, it is quiet. I speak French, English, German and Spanish. Guest access Guests will have - in addition to the bedroom and bathroom - access to the very large living room on the 1st floor. This room is very large and has a wood-burning stove, a large living room and an open kitchen. This space has been recently renovated and is very bright and welcoming. A beautiful 20 m2 terrace overlooking a garden is available and is a very nice place to relax. Guests can have breakfast in the kitchen. During your stay I work full time, but I am always available by mobile and email. I am from the area and can therefore give useful advice on different topics. I also know Geneva very well. Depending on my availability, I can pick up guests and bring them to Geneva. If necessary, I can have family members who can help.
