The space Il letto matrimoniale della stanza matrimoniale ha misure standard, il divano letto é nella zona soggiorno, ideale per una terza persona pertanto il numero ideale di persone è 2 adulti + 1 che dormirà sul divano letto. Per accedere al bagno, si deve passare dalla camera letto matrimoniale; pertanto la soluzione é ideale per una famiglia. Il bagno ha wc, bidet, lavandino e vasca/doccia (h 1,65 dal gancio) ed é fornito di tutto inclusi phon, nel bagno vi é anche la lavatrice. L'aria condizionata é erogata da un condizionatore dual, quindi in entrambe le stanze con un unico telecomando, si precisa che, come tutti i dual (obbligatori nel centro storico) é un po’ rumoroso.L'angolo cucina é piccolo, ma dotato di tutto il necessario, frigo con freezer,microonde, frullatore ad immersione , frullatore, tostapane e boiler. La cucina è fornita di elementi base quali olio, zucchero , caffè, sale oltre ad un piccolo welcome pack per ospiti. Vi é anche asse da stiro e ferro da stiro. E’ presente 1TV, una nella stanza da letto, A disposizione libri e guide . All’esterno , in uno dei giardini,vi è una deliziosa doccia per fare tranquillamente doccia calda con shampo nel verde in totale privacy. The main bedroom , with vaulted ceiling has a double (standard ) bed, the sofa,which can ideally accomodate 1 kid /1 person,is next door, in the living room. To get into the bathroom, you have to go through the bedroom, hence it would perfectly fit a family.The bathroom is equipped with wc, bidet, basin, a bathtub with a hook for the shower, (1,65 cm tall, so mind it if you are tall), the bathroom is fully equipped with hairdryer, towels , foam bath, shampoo, toothpaste, the washing machine is in the bathroom The house has a dual air-conditioner serving both rooms although it's naturally fresh in summer and warm in winter.(dual conditionnées are noisier but they are the only allowed in the historic centre).Furniture of the flat are of the 30's and have been restored and repainted : you have a whole armachair in the main room and a cupboard in the living room, the table in the living room. The kitchenette is quite small , but well equipped (in terms of kitchen appliances and basic ingredients) and allow you to cook a quick meal, the fridge has a freezer. There is an ironing board and an iron. There is one TV , guides and books at your disposal. Outside you have a courtyard (with a square breakfast table + 2 chairs ) and 4 relax chairs to enjoy the garden. There is a a small one, plus a bigger one , the shady citrus grove;in between the two, there is a billiard room, the billiard table is antique and valuable, you are allowed to use it provided that you handle it with care. The ground floor of the house can be fully enjoyed by the guest, the first floor is private and the main garden could be used by the owner to get to the first floor, in summertime I look after the garden (watering first of all!). Sometimes , ( mainly during summer),the main garden might be used by the owner(myself), and in any case I use a little corridor to get to the first floor ( private). Other things to note The house has spaces for children, but parental control is always essential. For those who request it, there is a camping cot, games for children and a delightful room with a foosball table. The house, with a shady garden, is ideal for children when it's hot outside.
