The space We're confident that you will enjoy your stay inside our quaint condominium unit!! :) The unit: It is a corner unit located at the 19th floor (out of 24) of Tower 1 of the SM Wind Residences, with its wide balcony facing the facilities and with a view of the Taal Volcano. In the morning, the side window faces the sunrise. Do note that in the Philippines, outlets have a 220V output. The sleeping area: It is fully furnished with a queen-sized bed inside the bedroom. The room also has a wide sofa fronting the sunrise that can serve as an additional sleeping space. The unit amenities: - An induction cooktop with pots and pans - A flatscreen TV (50inches with netflix) - A refrigerator - A water dispenser with built-in heater (with free water), -10mbps internet The bathroom: It is equipped with a water closet with a bidet and a water heater for the shower. Blankets,tissue and towels will be provided, depending on the number of occupants. Guest access Due to new policies, you will be treated as visitors of my mom and not as guests for easier and smoother check-ins. :) You have access to the main lobby of the condominium through either the upper ground entrance beside the commercial establishments or the lower ground drive-thru entrance, PAID parking at the guest parking spaces located around the towers, and also use of the swimming pool and other facilities and recreational amenities, as described below. If there are any repair issues, please do call my mom ASAP //-- INFANTS POLICY --// Please do note that we get charged for all headcount, including infants. Kindly classify all kids, including infants, to CHILDREN when booking to avoid inconveniences during booking and check-in. Other things to note In order to make the most out of your Tagaytay experience, it is advisable that you bring a jacket and an umbrella to combat the really cold winds and the frequent rains that you will experience in the immediate area. * Complimentary bath towel * For travellers with children: Keep an eye on your children for their safety. * Latest check out should not be later than 2pm. * Please bring a government issued ID as it needs to be surrendered at the reception. * The use of the swimming pool is currently pegged at P150.00 per head (P300 if a holiday). But we can try to have you use it for free ;)pets are not allowed //--- PARKING ---// //--- PAYMENT ---// Your booking is only good for the declared number of guests despite any promo pricing. Additional guests in excess of the declared persons will have to pay 500/person/night. Special rates can be negotiated if staying for more than 3 days. //--- CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT ---// Check-in shall be flexible unless a guest is occupying the unit prior to your arrival. In such case, check-in shall be strictly not earlier than 2PM. Earlier check-in shall be charged with P200 for check-in by 1PM and P500 for anytime earlier than 1PM. Checkout shall likewise be flexible but shall not exceed 3PM. In case of a guest checking-in after you, checkout shall be strictly not later than 12PM. Checkouts later than 12PM shall be charged with P200 per hour. Checkouts made after 3PM shall be charged for a night's stay. In case of a guest using the unit after your stay, checkouts made after 3PM shall be penalized by an additional Php 2,500 on top of the late checkout fees. pets are not allowed. //--- LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES ---// Do note that check for damaged amenities or portions of the house will be diligently done ONLY after your checkout.
