My comfortable,clean,modern NON SMOKING/VAPING apartment is 10/20 mins walk to many cultural attractions & Museums such as Guinness,Kilmainham Gaol,Teelings Whiskey,St.Patricks Cathedral, Pearse Lyons Distillery,The National Museum ,Collins Barracks & Irish Museum of Modern Art.Its takes approx 15mins by tram(luas) to Dublin City Centre/Temple Bar Area or a 30/35 mins walk. I'm located in a quiet & safe neighbourhood on the periphery of the city centre. The space Cead mile Failte go mBaile Atha Cliath!A hundred thousand welcomes to Dublin & my home. My NON SMOKING/VAPING apartment has one medium sized guest bedroom that can accomodate two people in two twin beds. So the room is ideal for friends & siblings/family travelling together but maybe not for couples.There is ONE SHARED bathroom, a large living/dining room area with a fully modern fitted kitchen at your disposal. Guest access My home is in a six story modern apartment building on the first floor with stair and elevator/lift access. There is Secure access to the building by way of a Fob key. Guests will have 24 access. On arrival you will be given keys to come & go as you please.I expect my guests to be responsible with the keys.PLEASE NOTE theres a €30 charge if keys are lost. During your stay I expect all my guests to be fully vaccinated and boosted.I do love to host guests & enjoy meeting new people from around the world & from all persuasions & beliefs.My home is LGBTQ+ friendly and I respect everyones lifestyle choices..When I'm free from work I look forward to sharing with you local knowledge of my home town and tips on where to enjoy the "craic" (fun) of Dublins nightlife and fine restaurants and ensure you'll be rewarded with a rich cultural experience. I travel alot for work so I realise the importance of rest and I wont intrude on your privacy & space. My goal is to provide you with a quiet, clean & comfortable base to explore the delights of Dublin City. Other things to note When booking please kindly mention important details such as flight information or your expected arrival time and if you are arriving by car/train or ferry. It’s most helpful for my being present on time or the person greeting you. Minimum stay is three nights and my home is not suitable for guests travelling with babies or small children. My NON SMOKING home is ideal for TWO people ONLY…wishing to stay in a comfortable home close to the city centre. Adult only bookings please and I DO NOT accept bookings from locals.
