The larger of the two apartments has a 27 sqm room with bathroom on the upper floor, as well as a shared kitchen with hallway and wardrobe on the ground floor. The wooden and white contrast creates the Scandinavian coziness that immediately exudes a cozy warmth. The apartment is on the south-flooded south side of the sun, and the dormer is a cozy view of the countryside. The space On the horizon, some cattle can be arranged on the pastures of the homeowner. In addition to the comfortable double bed, the apartment also has a sofa bed, which can be bedded for a child up to (18) 17 years if necessary. In the apartment you use your own modern bathroom. WiFi and satellite TV are of course available and free of charge. On the ground floor there is the fully equipped shared kitchen as well as a washing machine. Note: Store bicycles in the entrance area under rain-proof and charging the e-bike at the in-house charging station is unfortunately not yet possible at the moment. This area, together with the guest terrace on the house and the newly planned farmer's garden, is currently still being implemented. Instead, the guests of the apartment can use various seating areas in the garden area. Smoking is not allowed in our vacation rentals and within common areas! Pets are not allowed. Guest access The Lutherstadt Wittenberg, the Hoher Fläming Nature Park, Rabenstein Castle, the FlämingSkate or the Kunstwanderweg are just a few attractions that you can quickly reach from our apartments. Other things to note The cottage has two professionally developed apartments in the attic, which were completed in 2021 and are elegantly kept in the Scandinavian country house style. In both apartments, you can sleep in a spacious double bed and use your own modern bathroom. WiFi and SATELLITE TV are of course also available and free of charge. Kitchen On the ground floor is the fully equipped with dishes and cooking accessories - stove, oven, dishwasher and washing machine can be used here. Terrace & garden But not only the typical brick farmhouse was lovingly renovated, but the old farm garden also shines in colorful colors in many places from spring to autumn. The original orchard has been complemented by new fruit tree plantings. The apartments have an independent garden area and outdoor seating. Whether by the grill or with a glass of wine - here the day sounds relaxed while the looks wander in the evening sun over orchard and cattle pasture. Since the area can be explored excellently by bike, there will soon be the possibility to store bicycles and recharge your e-bikes on the in-house charging station.
