Our unique 60's style beach house has a detached private studio set amongst a tropical garden with a detached ensuite, lounge room, queen bed, fridge, TV and wifi. Use of pool on request Convenient location in a quiet, leafy area 400m from beach, 1.5km to trendy cafe strip and CBD. The space The studio is separate from our home with a private entrance but guests are welcome to enjoy our beautiful, fragrant garden and listen to the surf. Private bathroom is detached Cooking facilities are minimal but there is a kettle, toaster, microwave, electric frypan and fridge in room. Continental breakfast provided for the first 2 nights. All linens supplied and laundry facilities available. bathroom is detached Pool on premises Guest access Garden and sitting area. Other things to note There is a labradoodle 'Indie' on premises who is extremely friendly and greets all guests. There is a fold out sofa which is suitable for a child.
