John and Melanie welcome you to Homeleigh Cottage B&B - Breakfast is included (For rooms only, see our "Homeleigh Cottage Annexe" listing) Base price is for 2 adults sharing the double bed, a £12 extra bed charge will apply (1 night stays only) if guests do not want to share. Extra guests are priced in separately The annexe is ideal for families, it has an entrance hall, a double bedroom, a second bedroom for up to three children/adults welcome, and a shower room with wash basin and WC The space (PLEASE NOTE : The annexe does not have a kitchen) Breakfast is served at the Three Ways House Hotel (Home to the famous "Pudding Club") The hotel is only 150 yards away If your booking is for 1 or 2 persons occupying the main bedroom only, the second bedroom will NOT be let, thus ensuring your privacy. The main bedroom has a double bed, a Smart TV and ample drawer and hanging space for clothes. The second bedroom has TV, bunk beds and a fold-down bed to accommodate a third child, if required. A cot is also available, which can be used in one or other of the bedrooms, depending on the number of guests occupying the second bedroom. You will need to provide your own linen for the cot. The shower room is completely private and shampoo, conditioner and body wash are all provided. There is a mini fridge in the hall (Wine glasses/corkscrew etc. are provided) along with everything you need for tea and coffee. There is a little seating area with table and chairs, right outside the annexe. We have a charge point for electric vehicles (Tethered, Type 2 plug) which guests can use for a fee Guest access Parking is right outside the annexe on our private driveway, and access to the garden is permitted Other things to note There is a small ornamental fish-pond in the garden, which is 2' deep
