If available, we offer early check-in or late check-out starting from USD 30. If you arrive early, you’re welcome to drop off your belongings in our storage facility and relax in our common areas while you wait until check-in time at 3 pm. FOOD OPTIONS & SERVICES At the moment, we only offer breakfast at the property, which is not included in the room rate. Guests can choose from our set breakfast starting at IDR 125,000 per person, or explore a range of dishes on our à la carte menu, beginning at IDR 60,000. For something extra special, we’re happy to serve your breakfast as a floating experience in the pool. When it comes to lunch or dinner, you'll find a few cozy cafés just a short walk away. For even more variety, we recommend trying GrabFood or GoFood mobile apps, as a wide variety of popular restaurants in Ubud offer delivery, so you can enjoy a great meal without leaving the comfort of the property. Please note that a minimum of 8 guests is required to book either option, and advance notice is appreciated so we can prepare everything to perfection. PRIVATE PARKING: Access to the property is limited to motorcycles only, but not to worry—our team will be ready to assist you with your luggage as soon as you step out of your vehicle at the drop-off point. We have a designated private parking for guests located along the pathway leading to the property, ensuring easy access with just a short and pleasant walk to the villa. For added convenience, motorcycle parking is available right in front of the property. ON-SITE ASSISTANCE & SECURITY: As a small, locally run Airbnb, we don't operate like a 24-hour hotel, so we kindly ask for your understanding regarding response times outside our communication hours of 8 AM to 8 PM daily. That said, we are committed to responding as promptly as possible. For on-site assistance, our ground crew is available daily from 7 AM to 11 PM, and from 11 PM to 7 AM, a dedicated security staff is on-site to ensure your safety. Rest assured, the property is monitored and secured 24/7 to ensure your comfort, privacy, and peace of mind throughout your stay. OTHER SERVICES: We would like to provide a great experience for our guest during your stay with us, therefore we've included additional services to make sure your holiday is stress-free :) Some of our extra services provided includes: - Ala carte breakfast menu starting at IDR 60,000 with option for a floating breakfast. - Airport pickup-drop off starting from IDR400k one way depending on arrival time - Private Tours, which typically last between 8 to 10 hours, start from IDR 650,000, depending on the chosen location. - Massages are price starting from IDR 200,000 for 60 minutes per guest - For a Flower Bath & Simple Bed Decorations, the cost is IDR 300,000. - Pool flower decorations with a Simple message from IDR 1,200,000 Yoga, meditation, and other wellness classes (private/group) starting from IDR200,000 per hour/per guest (minimum 2 guests) - Scooter rentals starting from IDR 80,000 per day depending on bike model Upon arrival our team will gladly assist you with any inquiry during your stay with us :) OUR HOUSE RULES (Same in all listings): Please be informed that we aim to provide an exceptional experience for all our guests. In order to ensure this, we have established three fundamental rules that must be adhered to throughout your stay. As we are located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and given Ubud’s reputation for tranquility, we kindly ask that you respect other guests and the local community. Our quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM, and we truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us preserve a calm and pleasant atmosphere for everyone🙏 2. The number of guests must not exceed the amount specified in the reservation. 3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms or any enclosed spaces.
