The backyard is newly landscaped and includes a 12' X 20' deck that overlooks the river. This area is perfect for bird watching and stargazing. There is also a 12' X 16' aluminium gazebo with table and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill. Plenty of parking. This property is used a lot by the owners. The minimum number of nights per stay has been increased to 3 nights in order to reduce the overall number of people in and out of the house. The house is thoroughly cleaned with disinfectant after every stay.
