New construction, adjoining the owners' house, with independent entrance, garden and terrace, equipped kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom. Located 2 km from the train station and the city walls. Perfect for discovering St Malo and the Emerald Coast, Dinard, Rance Valley, Dinan, Cancale, Mont Saint-Michel, Combourg. The space The property has a separate entrance which ensures the autonomy of travelers. After each stay, we thoroughly clean and ventilate the space before the next guests arrive. Disinfectant and hygiene products are available in the accommodation. Guest access The accommodation is on one level, it has a main room with fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a 160/200 bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. A terrace and garden complete the rental. These spaces are just for guests. Other things to note The bed will be made for your arrival, we provide you with towels, and dish towels. We ask that you return the space clean and tidy. If you're unable to do the cleaning, please let us know at least the day before you check out.
