Located in Restábal, in the Lecrín Valley, it has an organic garden surrounded by orange trees and other fruit trees, with stunning views of the Valley and Sierra Nevada. Just 2 minutes from the bus stop, the GR7 route and the town centre. The space This secluded farmhouse cottage offers the best of many worlds - 1/2 hour from the city of Granada, 1/2 hour from the nearest beach in Salobreña, and 1/2 hour from the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada. Well connected to bus routes, the GR7 and the village, it is a little paradise in itself, standing in its own grounds, 4 terraces of oranges, lemons, grapes, pears, apples, figs, and kiwis. You will be able to help yourself to whatever produce is in season. There is both the house and a self-contained cottage - there are 2 terraces, one large shady terrace in front of the living room, with hammocks, patio furniture, etc. Another roof terrace with panoramic views and daybeds, ideal for sunbathing. In the summer months we have the swimming pool, 6 x 3 meters, with panoramic views from the shaded terrace. The village, standing at the end of a large lake, is less than a 5-minute walk with supermarkets, a bank, chemist, and medical center. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This isolated, quiet and cozy country house is very functional due to its proximity to the village, offering the best of many environments. Just half an hour away we can enjoy the city of Granada, the beaches of Motril, Salobreña or Almuñecar, and the ski slopes of Sierra Nevada. It is well connected to public transportation, hiking trails and the village itself. It is a small natural paradise, with 4 plots of land that have more than 100 orange trees, lemon trees, vines, pear trees, apple trees, fig trees... which can be served directly to your table in season. The house is totally independent, has two terraces, a very large and shaded one in front of the porch, with hammocks, patio furniture, etc., and another on the roof, with panoramic views and sun loungers, ideal for sunbathing. During the summer months we have a 6x3 meter pool with incredible views of the Valley and Sierra Nevada. The village of Restábal is just a stone's throw from the Béznar Reservoir, which can be accessed by taking a quiet walk. Guest access The cottage is open plan on one floor. It comprises a large open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and sitting room area. There is a modern wood burning fire for the colder months. The bedroom is behind a room divider at one end. The shower room and toilet are separate and fully equipped. There is a sofa bed in the living room. The day beds on the roof terrace are comfortable at night also. You will have individual access to the roof terrace and patios as shown, and individual access to the pool if requested, otherwise shared with the host. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The house is a rural house, basic, but with everything you need. It has a large open plan living room, with dining room and kitchen, a double sofa bed, and 1 equipped bathroom. The bedroom is separated by a partition. The shaded terrace with two beds to enjoy an outdoor nap. Other things to note The cottage is situated next door to the larger farmhouse, as shown on the site map. It has has 4 terraces of orange and fruit trees, with views over the valley to the Sierra Nevada. There is a spacious terrace with hammock under orange trees for shade and 2 children´s swings. The swimming pool has a shallow platform that makes it safe for children. Also patio furniture, deck chairs and another hammock. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The house is located on 4 grounds with orange trees and various fruit trees, and overlooks the Lecrín Valley and Sierra Nevada. The terrace is shaded by orange trees, with a hammock and dining table to eat outside. There are also two swings for children (and not so children), the pool, and another hammock.
