Bed and breakfast, in quiet detached house

Very quiet neighborhood! You can park the car outside, it's a one-way street, little traffic! Municipal swimming pool 50 meters away! 25 minutes walk from the thermal baths (served by bus), 20 minutes walk from the city center (served by bus), 10 minutes walk from Coop grocery store! Otherwise by car, 10 minutes from a supermarket! Bus stop 50 meters from the house: destination city center = €1.20! I come to pick you up at the station and bring you back! Possibility to put bicycles or motorcycle in the locked garage! The space I sleep in a room that is far away in the house, you can't hear me make noise, for example: snoring! You are in a quiet, very comfortable bed! In the morning, I don't make noise so as not to wake people up! Guest access access to every room in the house and garden furniture! It's nice to have lunch or eat outside at noon and in the evening! During your stay I'm retired, so I'm very available!
