GLAMPING in the MOUNTAINS minutes from BLUE RIDGE

Community amenities include a saltwater swimming pool, community firepits, outdoor pizza oven, clubhouse, playground, and a rushing creek, all within a private gated community. The space Pamper yourself in this luxury 2-0-1-7 Solitude by Grand Design recreational vehicles. This luxury RV is permanently set up on site 55 in a private and gated community known as Waterside at Blue Ridge, Blue Ridge's newest premier tiny home and RV community. All paved access and less than a mile from Hwy 515. A perfect location that puts you close to everything the surrounding areas have to offer. The owner (an Interior Designer) offers this luxury RV for your solitude and relaxation. Trust in knowing that with his expertise in comfort and visual appeal this RV is done right. Directly outside of the RV you can lounge in your private gazebo with a covered dining area, mood lighting and upscale decor. Notice the vintage stained-glass window in the privacy wall of the gazebo. It's the perfect outdoor living area to enjoy your meal cooked on the professional gas outdoor grill located directly behind the covered gazebo and dining area. In the evenings you can also enjoy your own private firepit with seating, also located at the back of the gazebo. Inside you will find one bedroom with a king size bed with soft 100% organic cottonseed sheets and a wall mounted Roku TV. The bathroom has a full-size shower and vessel sink with thick and fluffy towels. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig combination coffee maker (drip style or K-cups), a full-size refrigerator (the ice maker is currently not working), a microwave, three burner gas stove, a gas oven and a double stainless-steel sink. The indoor dining area off the kitchen seats four. In the living room you can lounge in one of two comfy loveseats or take a well-deserved nap in the reclining theatre seats. The electric fireplace and large screen Smart TV in the living room will certainly help you unwind while you perhaps enjoy the large assortment of DVDs. Bring popcorn! Also....a mini "g-o-o-g-l-e home" is located in the dining room. Just ask "Hey g-o-o-g-l-e, what's the forecast today?" Get music, temperatures, phone numbers and more, simply say "hey g-o-o-g-l-e...…" and then ask your question. All the amenities within Waterside at Blue Ridge are at your disposal. Amenities include a saltwater swimming pool, (the pool is closed from October to May) and a public outdoor covered pavilion with seating and a TV. Also located at the pavilion you can create and cook your own pizza in the public, outdoor pizza oven. There are also three upscale showers in both the ladies and men's restrooms and as well as laundry facilities. Located towards the back of the public pavilion you can lounge on the open deck overlooking the pond which is at the center of this community. Fishing is permitted in the pond although it is catch and release. A short walk within the community you will find a rushing creek which is a stone's throw from the community playground. Bring a blanket and picnic basket and enjoy a picnic while listening to the rushing water. Or perhaps meet new friends at one of the public outdoor firepits. There is also a basketball court, (bring your basketball or rent one at the pavilion), a pickle ball court and golf carts are available for rent on a first come, first serve basis. Check at the pavilion for pricing and availability. Take a moment to check out the bulletin board at the pavilion for any special events that you may wish to attend. Also feel free to inquire about special occasion packages that can be set up prior to arrival, flowers, balloons, cakes, pastries and Charcuterie boards are available at an extra charge. Should you choose to venture out and explore the area the Blue Ridge Marina, Lake Blue Ridge and downtown Blue Ridge are approximately a 10–15-minute drive from Waterside at Blue Ridge. Other nearby attractions include but are not limited to---Brasstown Bald (the highest point in Georgia), 33.9 miles--- Blue Ridge Scenic Railroad, 7.5 miles---The Ocoee Adventure Center (whitewater rafting, kayaking and more), 19.2 miles--Appalachian Trail Rides, 8.3 miles---Blue Ridge Marina, 4.4 miles----Morganton Point (public beach and public boat launch), 1.2 miles----Serenberry Vineyards, 5.4 miles----Mercier Orchards, 8.6 miles------Toccoa Riverside restaurant and lounge, 13.6 miles----Rolling Thunder River Company, 12.9 miles-----Nottely Dam public beach and boat launch, 11.9......Walmart and Ingles Market are 5.6 and 5.3 miles away. Guest access Entire RV and all public amenities Other things to note While only 2 adults and no pets are permitted in my RV, for larger groups or perhaps family gatherings, I also own the Tiny Home next door to the RV on site 56. It sleeps 4 and children and pets are permitted in the Tiny Home. Many past guests have enjoyed booking both units for family/friend gatherings.
