The Garden Room at the Mediterranean Oasis

Welcome to The Garden Room at the Mediterranean Oasis, the perfect place to revive your body and spirit. We are far enough from the city as we are still well connected to the highways. Being next to Gasing Hill Forest Reserve, it is surrounded by beautiful lush greenery, home to a variety of birds and animals. Suitable for students, travelers, those who are here for work or play; actually its suitable for just about anybody and everybody. *Also check out the Mediterranean Oasis at same address! The space My place is very near to University Malaysia, MAHSA Avenue Intl College and University Hospital. Eateries, laundry and grocery shop is just a 5 mins walk away. The room is airy with a balcony that opens to the greens in our carefully manicured gardens. The room is air-conditioned, but we do have a fan so you will be able to enjoy the cool and sometimes cold, crisp and fresh air from the nearby forest. Guests will have a comfortable single bed to ensure a restful night after a long day. There is ample wardrobe space with plenty of shelves and drawers. A writing table and chair is provided for those who need to work, study or use their computers. We also have a variety of books for you to browse through as you wind down for the night. The bathroom is equally spacious and though shared, is only with one more guest. Fresh bed linens, towels and toiletries are provided. We have high speed Wifi with good coverage throughout the house. *Have two small dogs that stay outside the house. Guest access - Kitchen to make drinks and have your meals. Coffee, tea and biscuits are provided. No cooking allowed, but you may prepare light meals (eg: cereal, salads) and reheat food using the microwave provided. There is also a water dispenser should you need to refill your water jug in the room. - Living room to just relax and maybe read a book. - The terrace opens to the garden and is a great place to sit and sip your tea or coffee while you relax and read your book or emails. Just inform us beforehand. During your stay Though I will be working and am home only in the evenings, you can contact me by text or phone should you need anything. Most of the time though, someone will be home to help you with whatever you need. Other things to note BEFORE BOOKING - Please discuss check in and check out time with host before booking - Can request flexible check out - No cooking allowed, but you may prepare light meals (eg: cereal, salads) and reheat food using the microwave provided. - Washing machine available for use of guests, however please note: > There is NO dryer. Guests have to hang their clothes on the line to dry. There is a sheltered clothes line for rainy days otherwise clothes can be hung out to dry under the sun. > Kindly inform the host in advance if you intend to use the machine. The host will set the machine for you and will coordinate washing days to ensure that both guest and family are able to do their laundry. > Appreciate if Guests accumulate as much clothes as possible in one wash to prevent wastage of electricity and water.
