Come and rest in a quiet house where you will have a private floor; the living room includes a bar offering everything you need for breakfast, as well as full dishes, a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle with herbal tea/tea and coffee self-service. After an intense day in Lyon, relax in the garden (or go for a jog on the wooded paths). PI: Restos/Pizzeria/Mcdo 5 min; Saint-Ex airport 8 min, Eurexpo 15 min, Groupama stadium 20 min by car. The space You will have a whole private floor accessible through a separate door (key box with code). On this floor of my house, there are precisely: two bedrooms (160 × 200 cm beds), 1 bathroom, toilet, office, a living room where the bar includes everything you need for breakfast (orange juice, bottles of water, milk, applesauce, butter, brioche, jam, Nutella, cereals, sugar, tea/herbal tea, Senseo coffee, "Nesquick" powdered chocolate) as well as a refrigerator, microwave, small electric oven for pizza, coffee maker, toaster, self-service kettle. Ability to heat dishes in the microwave or supermarkets/restaurants/pizzerias/fast food are a 5-minute drive away. Guest access Guests will pass through the garden of the house; once crossed, they will see an independent entrance door on the far right where they will find a key box. Once inside, they will cross the cellar and then climb a staircase to access the private floor which includes an office, 2 bedrooms with double beds 160 cm * 200 cm, toilet, a bathroom with bathtub, a living room offering all the equipment and elements necessary for breakfast (coffee and tea/herbal tea self-service + fridge, microwave, coffee maker etc.) as well as a TV and Wi-Fi connection. Autonomy guaranteed. During your stay I am also contactable by email, phone, WhatsApp and text. I am quite willing and available to get to know my guests while leaving them their freedom space on the private floor of the house. Other things to note Price reminder: - €54 one bedroom - €15 extra per person. Even if you have a private floor, I remain available on the ground floor of my house and am ready to help or inform you. Free parking is just a short walk from the house.
