Kitchen : washing/drying machine, dishwasher, cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine. Bathroom : shower, sink and toilets with currently 2 support props. The space This apartment is an entire home located on the 2nd floor with no elevator (two floors above the ground floor, with a total of 34 steps to climb). It consists of an entrance hall, a living area with a sofa bed, a kitchen, and a shower room. Please note: Pending renovation work in the bathroom of the apartment above mine, two shores have been installed in my bathroom (the two red pillars in the photos) to prevent any plaster from falling from the ceiling. These two support props allow for the safe use of the small bathroom, the shower, and the toilet, though they do slightly reduce the available floor space but the premises remain quiet as the renovation work hasn't started yet. Guest access Check-in is normally from 2:00 p.m. and check-out is before 12:00 p.m., but I can often be flexible, including for late check-ins. Please let me know in advance.
