My contemporary new design apartment, designed by a Milanese Architect, is the perfect solution for your staying in Milan. With its welcoming atmosphere, this place is equipped with everything you need and located in a cool and elegant area, full of restaurants, wine bars and shops (as U Barba, Cascina Cuccagna, Potafiori, Cavallante, Trattoria del Pescatore). It is close to many bus, tram and metro stations, you can easlily reach the most famous attractions: Duomo, Fondazione Prada, Navigli The space Ciao! Welcome to my place. designed by a Milanese Architect, the apartment has been conceived to have perfect balance between contemporary and vintage styles. I do like it. Every time I step into this house I feel like.. happy ☺️ You will find a finest selection of design furnitures and complements, decorative objects and tiny treasures which give this place a special twist. As you can see I put so much effort in designing and furnishing it and I want to host just guests, people like me, who can take care of it and respect it. In any sense. NO party. NO visitors. NO animals. WASTE sorting and REDUCTION of energy consumption in order to increase the savings and respect the environment. Environmentally-friendly travel guide: -turn OFF the lights and use the natural light when possible -Using dishwashers and clothes washers/dryers ONLY at night or weekends -During warmer months, close blinds, shades and drapes on the sunny side of your home to help keep your home's temperature cooler and REDUCE the work for you AC. -Don't leave your electronics on all day long. Only turn on your computer, monitor, printer and fax machine when you need them. -Use your microwave instead of your stove when cooking. Especially those who’s gonna work from home, please do not forget these rules. It’s important to adopt them and understand them to be a five star guest. Guest access The apartment is at your complete disposal - You just have to enjoy it Other things to note There is a very big garden/courtyard inside the building. When it’s spring it’s full of flowers, when it’s winter you gonna see a Xmas tree 😊
