The villa is located in the villa area of Costa Canyamel in an extremely quiet, sunny hillside location amidst pine trees in the highest line of construction in a cul-de-sac, with spectacular views of the bay of Canyamel and the Cap Vermell. On the entrance level, which is at the level of a first floor, you can expect three bedrooms. All beds have double mattresses. Two of the bedrooms offer a bathroom en suite. The middle bedroom guests can use a full bathroom one floor higher. From the spacious master bedroom you can enjoy picturesque sunrises from bed. In the first bedroom, a small private balcony invites you to enjoy his coffee in peace with a view of the bay. An open-plan stairwell leads to the living level, which is located on the top floor. The light-filled living area in Split-level construction with dining room and kitchen delights with its generosity. Windows on all sides provide generous brightness, even in the cooler months, and the view that onto the bay of Canyamel is eclectic and spectacular over and over again. Two connected terraces extend over the entire side of the house. The dining area with large gas grill must also be protected against wind and rain if necessary. Awnings keep too intense sun. From the large terrace with a cozy sitting area and 2 sun beds, you have everything in view - but also your privacy. As a result of the hillside location, you always enjoy a refreshing breeze on the terraces even in high summer. This also applies to the (separate) pool area, which is next to the entrance. A smaller pool terrace with a sun lounger, seating and an outdoor shower invites you to linger. The heated infinity pool has a countercurrent system, so nothing stands in the way of sporting swimming sessions. A wall incl. blind shields the view of the neighboring property. The pool, as well as the entire house, are not particularly child-proof. Nevertheless, small guests are very welcome! We ourselves have young children and it is a lot of toys, books and beach stuff on site, which is welcome to be used! Guest access An open house awaits our guests. You have access to all rooms and can use the amenities in full. Only a small area of the laundry room (which can otherwise be fully used!) is closed with our private things. Other things to note Mallorca spoils its residents and visitors with around 300 Sundays a year. More and more people are discovering the "cooler" months as an ideal travel time. The house has radiators in all rooms and insulated windows - not a given in Mallorca. You can also enjoy a holiday in winter, when the mild days still pamper you with sun and heat. Especially for sporty ambitious travelers, there is an extensive offer all around Capdepera. The infrastructure for golf, cycling, diving and hiking or horseback riding is excellent. You are welcome to store your equipment in the large garage dry and safe! Heating costs: The optional use of the heating must be paid in cash on site (€10/day).
