Laze about in your breezy bush meets the ocean, colourful and cheery space. A two minute drive or 15 minute downhill stroll to the magnificent Pt Roadknight beach. Short 2.5km drive to Anglesea town & famous kangaroos at the Golf Club. Wander to shops and main surf beach via the cliff top track , low tide amble or take a 200 metre meander to spectacular bush walks. A great base to explore all of the Surf Coasts spectacular attractions. Oh, did we mention the Great Ocean Road Chocolaterie? The space Your bright and cheery bedroom, unique bathroom and kitchen are the downstairs part of our relaxed family home. Our house is surrounded by gorgeous gum trees, birds and other lovely nature offerings. Check-in 2pm. The bedroom has a queen bed with a new mattress. The kitchen has a bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, stove and sink. Museli, tea, coffee, milk supplied on arrival. There’s a small, shaded patio to enjoy your brekkie or tuck into a book. Guest access You have access to your room, kitchenette and a small shaded patio. We have a (large) boisterous, rescue dog in training at the moment who may be pouncing/playing in the back yard which is fenced off. We would be grateful if you could avoid eye/physical contact with him while he is in training. Other things to note Other things… ** Our property is in a peaceful setting and we ask that you help by being courteous and respectful to our property and neighbours while enjoying your stay. ** No smoking ** No loud music/loud noise after 10 pm. ** Apologies – no schoolie gatherings or groups. ** The studio should be left reasonably clean with rubbish bundled and dishes washed please. ** We ask that as best as possible, you remove excess sand, dirt etc after beach/bush time. There is a small brush by your door to brush off sand/dirt etc. ** Please remember to bring beach towels as we'd love our bath towels to stay here. Though, shout out if you forget your own.
