(2 cottages: one for 8/9 people and one for 6 people, 2 additional bedrooms on request (one suite for 4 and one bedroom for 2) for your leisure time with friends and family, with colleagues (spaces, Wi-Fi, large table), on the new GR 736. Refurbished, with panoramic views of the Tarn Valley. Sheets,cases,blankets, towels provided. The space With exposed walls in all rooms, up to 8 bedrooms and 7 shower rooms, 8 toilets. These independent and adjoining cottages and the 2 bedrooms in our private area, combining comfort and privacy, upon request and with a surcharge beyond 16 people, as the platform does not go beyond that, are just waiting for you for your moments of relaxation, teleworking and exploring the region. (That is, €65/night for the additional room and €80/night for the two-bedroom suite in addition to the two cottages included in the platform price, i.e. 6 bedrooms for 15 people). For a maximum total of 22 people. (93 m2 common room for gatherings: an extra table can be set up for your meals). Guest access You will have access to the two cottages and two bedrooms in our private area, upon request for more than 16 people and with an additional charge, as the platform does not allow more than 16 people. Please note that the price shown on Airbnb is for 16 people. Beyond that, an extra fee will be requested. Count on 35 euros per extra person per night, up to a maximum of 20 people. You will also have access to our garden with panoramic views , as well as private terraces for outdoor dining. Access to the SPA (private area) must be requested and booked at the time of reservation. It is only available in June, July, August, and September. Pets are usually allowed but to be monitored as we have two cats . There is space for 3 cars on the road overlooking the courtyard of the cottages. For everyone else, there is a parking lot 30 meters away in the center of the village. You can unload by parking in front of the gate, but it is strictly forbidden to park on the entire paved area in front of the gîte gate and my neighbor's doors. The deposit check of 1000 euros for the two cottages, is to be given , in person, upon your arrival, it will be returned to you upon your departure. The bed will be done . Linens provided: 2 towels per person. The cleaning fee, which is additional and mandatory, is based on the area to be cleaned and prepared (over 400 m² with 7 bathrooms) and the Laundry service, to be adjusted according to the size of your group.
