A separate bedroom with a bed for 2 people (140) and a bathroom/toilet with bathtub/shower The total area of the apartment is 64 m2 The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, fridge top, washing machine and dishwasher) The main room is extended by a large patio terrace with trees of more than 20 m2, part covered with its sofa area, deckchairs and dining area. BBQ available. The enclosed patio is surrounded by trees and vegetation A sofa bed for 2 people available in the living room area Please note that linen is not provided; you have the possibility, with a surcharge of 10 euros per person, to request linen (sheet, towel) If you have a baby, it is possible to have a child bed available on request as well as a high chair. For WINTER rentals, the apartment is equipped with storage heating; a surcharge based on electricity consumption with meter reading will be applied. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment Other things to note You have the option to hire someone to clean at the end of your stay if you wish, for a surcharge of 60 euros It is also possible to take an option for linens for an extra 10 euros per person.
