Other things to note Casa Felix sits on a natural black-sand beach with lava rocks from Mount Agung. The beach in front is public and can be lively on weekends with local families and fishermen. Snorkeling is limited directly in front of the villa, but Amed’s best spots—Jemeluk Bay, Lipah Beach, and the Japanese Shipwreck—are only a short drive away. Our housekeeper (limited English) can assist with: Daily cleaning Fresh towels Simple laundry Motorbike rentals In-house massages Basic errands 🌿 Please Treat the House With Care We kindly ask guests to help maintain the home by: • Keeping things generally tidy, especially in the kitchen • Flushing the toilet properly (natural waste only, sensitive toilet) and keeping bathrooms clean • Not smoking indoors (USD 500 cleaning fee applies) • Rinsing off sand/sunscreen before swimming • Avoiding stained linens (sunscreen & sweat mark easily) • Switching off AC when not in the room • Using plastic cups in the pool area for safety • Treating furniture and appliances gently ⚠️ Safety & Responsibility • The elevated pool, open stairs, and balconies require extra supervision for children. • No fireworks or open flames (gas grill is okay). • Please let us know if anything gets broken. • Guests are responsible for their belongings. • All damages or unpaid charges must be settled before check-out.
