Located just a 3 minute drive from mulitiple beaches on the Northern Beaches Penninsula. We offer a beautiful architect designed studio with a very comfortable queen bed and ensuite. Flat access make it easy for guests of any age. The space It is evident from the moment you walk in the room that this space was designed by an architect interested in form and finish. Notice the polished concrete floors which are sooo cool in the summer! Light is always of interest to the architect and this room has been designed to allow the maximum of natural lighting. It is perfect for couples. Really comfy Queen size bed. Close to shops and transport with own private access. Those interested in finishes will particularly enjoy the Modern Industrial Shower. Pay particular attention to the sink which has been made of a substance to mimic concrete. The hand of Hans, the architect, is seen in every feature and fitting. We hope you'll enjoy the room and the finishes! Especially you'll enjoy your time on the Northern Beaches! Guest access As our guest you will have private access to the room as described. There is plenty of level, offstreet parking just outside the access to your room so if you're bringing baby or granny you won't have ANY issues! While this is a listing for a self contained room with ensuite; we do offer a kettle and coffee and tea making facilities. We have a bar refrigerator in which you can chill your favorite beverage. You are welcome to use the table and chairs outside to soak up the morning and evening rays...perhaps enjoy a glass of bubbly and discuss the day's advertures and tomorrow's plans! There is space in the room to set up your port-a-cot if bringing bub. Other things to note Although we do not offer cooking facilities, there is a cafe directly across the street which makes a mean coffee and is available for both breakfast and lunch. There is also another group of shops within 500 meters which offers an organic grocery; grocery/mini mart; pizza place and liquor store.
