We are sharing Spacious Guest Suite at 2nd floor (not entire house) you will get 150m2 consist of 4bedroom, kitchen, large livingroom,outdoor garden with private direct access Suitable for large group up to 20 person or just for a night transit. 15 Minute walk from Bogor Train Station and Botanical Garden (900 meters) Across mall and market place. Cozy, clean, big house in a nice, quite and serene vintage dutch colonial residential complex at the city center. 5 mnt with the bus or Grab-Gojek The space Prices on airbnb are for whole 2nd floor pavilion rentals (not entire house). Our place is Two stories house with up to 4 private bedroom to shared on second floor pavilion. The space is 150m2, spacious and suitable for families gathering or group more than 10 person. Direct and private access to seperate secondfloor paviliun. In second floor, We have 4 room. two with private bathroom and three with air conditioner, there also spacious common room with tv and equiped with 3 sofabed. Nice mountain air balcony to work or just relax also available. Kitchen and outdoor garden also available in 2nd floor Diatas ada 4 kamar. dan 3 kamar mandi Room 1, kingsize, air conditioning, kmr bath in Kamar 2, queenaize, ac, kamar mandi dalam Kamar 3, double, ac, no kmr mandi Kamar 4, single, no ac, no kmr mandi. Common room dilt 2 ada 1 kamar mandi, 3 sofabed, tv, kulkas, rice cooker dan dispenser. as well as an additional 2 mats and 2 palembang mattresses pantry, stove and rooftop garden are also available on the 2nd floor for entry to the 2nd floor there is private direct access. First floor also used for our resident. you could booked entire second floor for longer stay for special price, please contact us for detail. Guest access There is direct and private access to secondfloor that separate from first floor. you will be given kode for doorlock before your stay Currently first floor are for private used only (it is our room and resident) or very special reservation. Guest could use and access all the rooms and facilities at second room such as common room with TV, kitchen, balconies and rooftoo backyard. You could contact us if you want to have a barbecue. Other things to note This house is located not far from mosque/prayer house. There might be a prayer calling during prayer time (1-2minutes), and the earliest is at 4 am (which might be a little longer for arround 45 minutes) And since we are in quite neighbourhood please no more excessive noise after 10pm. Smoking is only allowed at patio/gazebo area. since we are trying our best to make an affordable accomodation for large group so please dont put high expectation and standar like a luxurious 5 star hotel.. 😊🙏
