Beautiful House overlooking Westbrook Bay, Margate

Entire seafront house overlooking Westbrook Bay, Margate, an award winning beach. This character house built in 1923 has sea views from all bedrooms and principle rooms. There is an eat in kitchen and separate dining and living rooms. There is a wraparound private garden with lawn, fenced ponds and a brick bbq. The house is ideal for families or adult sharers, with 4 large bedrooms. Upstairs, there is a family bathroom/WC and a shower room/WC, whilst downstairs there is a WC and further shower. The space There are only so many detached character houses opposite sandy beaches with plenty of space both inside and out for family holidays or groups of friends. And all within easy reach of London by train or car. perfect for coming in off the beach. There is off street parking for 1 car (2 super minis) and free on street parking outside. Westbrook Bay is the quieter side of Margate, and the beach benefits from lifeguards in high season. Margate Sands, Margate Station, the Old Town, the Turner gallery and Dreamland are all walking distance. Guest access You have the whole house and garden (except for a couple of cupboards in the house), with access to garden furniture and beach chairs. Other things to note Please be aware that this is a large character family holiday home, which we would love you to enjoy too for your stay. It is not a hotel or serviced apartment! There will be enough essentials (e.g. toilet roll and dishwasher tablets) to get you started, along with some general cleaning materials under the kitchen sink, but everyone's needs are different so please bring your own washing tablets and kitchen roll and keep an eye on your loo roll needs. All major supermarkets (including Ocado) deliver to the address and there is a small Tesco on Canterbury Road, a short walk away, as well as a small M&S at the BP garage in Garlinge a short drive or cycle away. There is a large Morrison's in Margate and many large retailers and entertainment options at Westwood Cross. We provide one bath towel per guest (up to 8) and hand towels at the wash basins. We do not provide beach towels or individual hand towels There are two recently resurfaced tennis courts in the square opposite the house, bookable via the Lawn Tennis Association website.
