Mt Baw Baw Village - Altitude Apartment 2

Located in the centre of Mount Baw Baw Alpine Village, Altitude Apartment is a great escape year round. The apartment contains a kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all cutlery, a cosy lounge, bathroom and two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the second room has a tri-bunk, with a double bed on the bottom and single bed on the top. All linen is provided. The space Located in the village of Mount Baw Baw Alpine Resort you can enjoy the beautiful alpine environment year round! Located in the heart of the village you will be above the snow gums on the second storey of the administration building. In summer explore the many hiking trails around the village or venture further into the national park (not far from the Alpine Walking Track), trails also available for mountain biking. In winter we offer skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing and even husky sled dog rides. You will be a short walk (100m) from Village Central Restaurant with spectacular views over Gippsland. Guest access The apartment is private and you will have it all to yourself. The apartment is accessed via 2 flights of external metal stairs. Park in car park 1 and check in at Guest Services. You will need to walk your luggage to the apartment (about 300m). Oversnow transport is available in winter (During office hours), subject to availability. Winter – You will need to park overnight in car park 2 or 3 and display your entry ticket on the inside of your windscreen. Other things to note Mount Baw Baw Alpine Resort lies within the boundaries of the Baw Baw National Park. All corresponding National Park laws apply (e.g. fires, domestic animals, etc). In summer there is not entry or parking fee. In the winter season (June - September) you will need to pay for resort entry for your entire stay (include day of arrival and day of departure). Your resort entry ticket includes overnight parking for your vehicle in the overnight car park. Please let resort entry staff know how long you will be staying. You can pay for entry and parking prior to arrival through our online store. You are also required to carry suitable winter chains for your car during the declared winter season (generally June - October) and may be required to fit them. You will be asked to present proof of carrying chains as the weather changes very quickly in the alpine environment.
