Cozy studio including breakfast for 2 people. The studio features a private bath room with shower, toilet, and sink, and a private kitchenette with fridge, nespresso, kettle, and microwave. The delicious fresh breakfast is ready in the breakfast room or studio. The studio has a private entrance and via a staircase you reach the cozy seating area. A box spring bed (1.60×2m) and wardrobe is in the loft. Bicycles can be closed off and dry. Cars park for free on the driveway. The space B&B Walemerberg is located in the converted stables of our old farmhouse in Walem. The B&B has a private entrance and is separate from our house house. All rooms have private bathroom with shower/toilet/sink. On the ground floor is a common breakfast room/kitchen and a spacious terrace overlooking the valley behind. Parking is available on site at the front, and for bicycles, there is a spacious, enclosed, and covered space with electric for charging ebikes and water for cleaning mountain bikes. Engines and classic cars can be parked safely, but not covered, behind a gate.
