The Metro mall is right next to the apartment where you can buy groceries, clothes and take public transport to old Batumi. In the evening enjoy a walk on the New boulevard or just spend a relaxing evening in the shade on the balcony watching the sunset. Welcome to our apartment. The space Spacious newly constructed studio apartment on 22nd floor with a double bed, a comfortable sofa bed and Air Conditioning. A fully funcitonal kitchen is equipped with a fridge and a stove that has both gas and electric connections. The balcony has views over to the sea where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the shade. The washroom has an electric water heater and a washing machine. Guest access Everything in the apartment is avaialble for the guests to use. Other things to note The gas connection has been requested but not connected yet. However, both the kitchen and washroom are equipped with electric appliances to cook food or heat water.
