See you soon! 😄 The space This accommodation is a complex of 3 units, 2 of which are attached, with a total capacity of 25 people. The main lodging is a tastefully restored ancient farmhouse, located at the foot of the Black Mountain, near shops and services. It features 5 bedrooms, a sofa bed for a total of 12 people, with 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. The second unit, attached, has 2 bedrooms (for 5 people), a sofa bed, accommodating 7 people with a bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Please note there is a steep staircase in the small house. The last unit, a former chicken coop, offers 6 sleeping spaces (1 double bed, 2 small beds, and 1 sofa bed), with a bathroom, kitchen, living room (including a fireplace 🔥). Facilities include reversible air conditioning, multiple terraces (one covered), a barbecue, a garden, a festive room with sound system and projector, a game room with billiards and arcade games, foosball, pinball, a petanque court, ping-pong table, handball cage, and an above-ground pool measuring 5.5 meters by 1.2 meters. Access is secure with a gate code and surveillance camera. Private parking and garage are available. Ideal for family or friends gatherings with 3 units. The pool is open from July 1 to August 31. The cottage is certified as a Bike Tourism destination (greenway nearby) and Fishing destination (pond for family fishing - Lo Bruguet, and no-kill route nearby for experienced anglers on the Thoré river). An electric vehicle charging station is located 200 meters away. The weekend package includes a 2-night stay from Friday to Sunday evening at €1,280, all-inclusive (excluding summer and year-end holidays, including electricity and cleaning). For a half-day, a fee of €180 will be charged (from 10 am to 8 pm). Important notes: Check-out time is 10 am. A deposit of €2,000 is required upon arrival.
