The space Welcome to our charming two-story residence located directly opposite the beautiful NSW south coast shores of Mollymook Beach, just a 2-minute walk away from the premier northern end of the coastline on Beach Road. Upstairs, you'll find two expansive bedrooms with the master bedroom offering breathtaking ocean views, alongside a cosy living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Step out onto the front and back verandas to soak in the serene surroundings. Downstairs, a generous family room awaits with a queen bed, kitchenette, and living space, along with a children's bedroom featuring two bunk beds. Experience coastal living at its finest in this idyllic beach retreat. Guest access Guests have sole access to the entire property. Other things to note If guests would like all linen to be provided and beds made up before your arrival, please contact our local linen service "South Coast Linen Hire". This is service is in addition to the booking fee. Alternatively, guests will need to bring their own linen. The bedding arrangement is 2 x queen, 2 x single and 4 x single bunks. Beds all have doonas with doona covers that are to be left on when departing. Please bring your own sheets (2) and pillow cases (2) for each bed. Please also bring bath towels and mat.
