40 Acre Wooded Cottage Retreat

"Lion Downe" cottage, the perfect getaway located just 60 min from Mpls/St. Paul Int. airport, with large hot tub, deck and unparalleled views of Lake Pepin and the surrounding majestic bluffs. The serenity and cozy feeling is accentuated from the surrounding 40 acres of private majestic hardwood forest. Fishing, hiking, biking, and relaxation right outside your back door. Shopping, fine restaurants, and quaint towns with antiques, arts, crafts, and festivals all within a short, pleasant drive. The space The top floor overlooks the main room and has a queen bed and a full bath with Jacuzzi. There is also an extra full mattress in a small space with a slanted ceiling off of this room as well. Half way downstairs is a small loft that has a full bed on it; this also overlooks the main room with the 30 ft. stone fireplace. There is a bathroom on the main level with no shower or bath. On the main level is a pull out spring queen mattress from the leather sofa and another loft with two extra long twins accessed by a ladder. This overlooks the great room with the fireplace. On the lower level is a private bedroom with fireplace, king bed and extra long twin. There is a full bath with shower and the Japanese soaking tub on this level.
