Rochelle house garden bikes 1.5 km from the Ré bridge

La Rochelle, historic district of Laleu, 1.5 km from the Ré bridge, my small well-equipped house, awaits you. Barbecues and relaxation are available to you, sheltered from view in the greenery of the garden enclosed by walls. Quiet neighborhood, well served by a direct bus to the city center in 10 minutes. Two hybrid bikes are available to reach Ile de Ré in 20 minutes! Shops nearby and organic market in the park. Free parking. The space It's a small house in a wooded garden and walled. You enter a living room with a real open and equipped kitchen. The light comes in through the windows overlooking the garden and the skylight. All openings are equipped with roller shutters. Laundry, induction hob, oven, fridge with three drawer freezer to store the ice cream of Tonton Maboul or Romeo ( the best glaciers in La Rochelle!) kettle, coffee maker, toaster, juicer but also chopper and other useful small utensils. Not to mention the basics: pepper, salt, oil and vinegar, sugar, tea and coffee... The bedroom includes a double bed and a walk-in closet. You will find your bed made as well as extra pillows and spare bed linen if needed. And of course I don't charge for these linens :-) These "new" practices exasperate me!!! The bathroom is spacious and its large window overlooks the garden. It is equipped with a hair dryer and a personal scale, a formidable tool if you have abused Uncle Maboul's ice cream! In addition to towels you will also find organic shower gel, shampoo, cotton make-up remover and organic cotton swab and emergency kit. In the garden table, chairs and umbrella on the terrace. In the shed, sunbeds as well as 2 VTC bikes are at your disposal. A barbeque awaits your gambas.. The house is served by fiber. Hydro-alcoholic gel available. Guest access The Ré bridge is 1.5 km away and the first beaches of the island or that of Houmeau (pebbles) are 5 km away. Chef de Baie beach is 2.5 km away. Whatever the tide and unlike the beaches in the city center, there is always water. Numerous bike paths allow you to reach the historic city center, through the city in 10 minutes or by the coast in 20 minutes. Downtown by car in 10 minutes. The expressway 500 meters away allows you to easily reach the other coastal villages, the main roads (Bordeaux, Nantes, Poitiers, Paris). Parking is free and easy.
