The space Enjoy stunning sunset views from our 11th-floor unit, complete with 24/7 security for peace of mind. Unit 1111 is a cozy studio designed for 2 guests, featuring a queen-sized bed, dining area, and own toilet and bath. Please note that cooking within the premises is prohibited, but fear not—there's a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, along with coffee shops and restaurants nearby for your dining needs. Strategically positioned, our location offers easy access to various amenities including Ateneo de Iloilo School, Qualimed Hospital, The Shops at Atria, and more. Guests can conveniently explore nearby attractions like the Iloilo Esplanade River, Molo Church, and Diversion Road, all within 1-3 km from the building. Transportation options such as walking, taxi, or local mini-bus ensure hassle-free travel to these destinations. Guest access The building provides round-the-clock concierge service and offers paid parking on-site. Guests can seek assistance from the building's security guards if needed. Access to the amenity deck, including the outdoor garden, pavilion, and kids' playground, as well as the pools in Clusters A and B of Avida Atria, is available from 7 AM to 10 PM. Please NOTE that there is a FEE for swimming. Check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Other things to note Here are some condo unit rules: ✅ Guests are required to present a vaccination card upon check-in. ❗️ Parties are not permitted. ❗️ Pets are NOT allowed. 🚭 Smoking is prohibited. For private vehicles, paid parking is available within the area. Guests can request assistance from the security guards if needed.
