Falcon's View Room 6 is located up a private lane in the premier Aspen Grove neighbourhood, this beautiful room boasts one of the most spectacular views of Queenstown mountains and lake.Matakauri Inn is built with accommodation in mind, soundproofing and heat insulation is all above standard building code. With this property construction closer to being a hotel than that of a residential property.Room 6 has it's own private bathroom and door lock, closet, fridge, microwave, tea, and coffee. Guest access All guests access info will be send to you via Airbnb message. Other things to note Quiet time is between 9pm to 9am, every day. Excessive noise will result in charge guests extra fees. Damaged equipment including furniture, carpet, flooring may exceed extra cost. Smelly Odour, result from the guests cooking or smoking may exceed extra cost.
