This smart top floor apartment is very well maintained and furnished with attention to detail. It is on the 2nd floor of the small residential complex in Durach-Weidach, in an absolutely quiet location and well equipped. Shopping facilities are directly on site, the motorway connection can be reached in a few minutes, as can the centre of Kempten. The bus stop is in front of the house. WLAN, car park, bed linen, towels and cleaning are included. An extra bed or baby cot is possible. The space 8 of my holiday flats are located in this small, quiet residential complex, and there are plenty of flyers for hiking and excursion tips. All my flats are well equipped, towels and bed linen are included in the price, as are WLAN, car park and all additional costs. Basic equipment such as toilet paper, kitchen roll, bin liners, spices, coffee, tea and much more is available to my guests. The flat is equipped with a double bed, a cosy sofa, dining area and a kitchen with cooker, oven and all cooking utensils. For the summer evenings outside there is a seating area in front of the house. Guest access The entire apartment is only available to guests Other things to note The apartment is well equipped with all kitchen utensils, spices, vinegar, oil, some tea and coffee, filter bags, bin liners, kitchen towels, toilet paper and much more. Bed linen and towels are provided in sufficient quantities and can be changed free of charge if required.
