The cottage is nestled in the heart of the Northleach, a quiet street behind the market square close to all the amenities as well as two great pub/restaurants both with fabulous food, dog friendly and great atmosphere. The space Mulberry Cottage has two floors, a delightful open plan living/dining/kitchen space with all appliances you would need for a stay including: • SMEG oven • Dishwasher • Washing/Dryer • Microwave • All kitchen Equipment including Salt,Pepper and cooking Oil • Good Wifi The living room has a Log Burner and Smart TV for you watch any of your favorite programmes and a Sonos to listen to your sounds. The kitchen leads to our lovely private courtyard garden with a BBQ and table and chairs for outside dining as well as a sofa to enjoy reading and relaxing. We are dog friendly and the outside space provides a safe place for both you and your dog to enjoy. Upstairs is the bedroom with a King Size Bed , super comfy Hypnos mattress with lovely (400+ thread count) cotton bed linen. We also have a large vintage bath to soak in as well as a separate shower, complete with Egyptian cotton towels providing a lovely place to relax and unwind after a day out in the Cotswolds. Mulberry Cottage is nestled in the picturesque market town of Northleach, which boasts a number of shops, (Post Office, Local Shop and excellent Butchers as well as two pub restaurants, both award winning, The Wheatsheaf Inn and The Sherborne Arms which is just a stone’s throw from the property itself. Northleach is a quiet historic small market town nestled in the centre of the Cotswolds with an impressive and famous church of St Peter and St Paul, which is well worth a visit. The town hosts a market every Wednesday, which showcases local produce and locals and tourists alike come to the town. The annual Northleach Charter Fair and Music Festival in June is an event to suit all ages. Northleach is surrounded by the beautiful countryside of the Cotswolds and in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with: • Cycling routes and walking trails both to drive to as well as on doorstep. • Towns to visit, Cirencester, Stow-on-the-Wold, Moreton in Marsh, Burford, Bourton-on-the-Water and Chedworth, the home to the Roman Villa which is owned by the National Trust. • Daylesford • Diddly Squat Farm • Adam Henson's Farm • Beer and Gin Tasting experiences • Antique and Home Design Shops All are within easy reach and well worth a visit. Guest access Guests can unload their car outside the Mulberry Cottage and there is free unrestricted on street parking available just around the corner as well as parking both in and behind the market square. In order for guests to relax on their last morning, we have a later check out of 11.00 allowing you not to rush ending your well earned break.
