It is a village house of two heights, very simple, no frills. On each floor there is an apartment with the two bedrooms, bathroom and living room with integrated kitchenette. The house below has a porch and a patio with a BBQ, while the house upstairs has a terrace with a BBQ. there is basic outdoor furniture. If you want to use the fireplace, you have to buy firewood, which sells a neighbor in bags, for a fireplace or barbecue. Each apartment is independent of the other, they are communicated through the interior by a Hall at the entrance or outside by a staircase from the patio to the terrace. House house is for 4 people, but you can rent both floors for 8 people. I will always be available, I live next to the houses and on the mobile that I will facilitate the guests I am located. I do not live in the accommodation, the guests have total privacy and freedom, although in living in Nohales I am within reach. I like to be a tour guide, with tips to see, to visit, where to eat and tap, routes, museums, adventure sports and everything you wanted to know about Cuenca and its Serranía. It is a hamlet of Cuenca, 3 Kms. isolated from the city by a small road. Very quiet, silence is appreciated throughout the village. There is a bar where you can have breakfast if you prefer, have lunch or dinner. There are no stores but supermarkets nearby in Cuenca. The baker arrives daily between 9 and 10 at the bar where we pick up the bread who bought it. Getting around Cuenca is either by private car or taxi. It's only 5 minutes. Taxi fare is only €7 approximately. My work makes me travel so guests may be accommodated by someone of full confidence if it is on weekdays when se Lohan. Otherwise, I love to give advice on how to get to know Cuenca, tapeo, visits, routes, and everything you want to know.
