Guest suite in Folsom

Enjoy a quiet and clean guest suite for your pleasure or business trip. It consists of 2 rooms:1 - king size bed, memory foam mattress, other one: sectional couch. Over the tub shower bathroom, hallway space with a small refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffeemaker. It is located on the first level of the house and has a sliding door leading to the back yard with the pool, bbq and patio furniture. Private entrance from the backyard through the sliding door. NO PETS IN THE WATER PLEASE The space Guests get exclusive use of the guest suite: 2 rooms, bathroom and ground level outdoor amenities. If you are bringing children, please review the sleeping arrangements provided and make sure that it works for you. WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS IN THE POOL. NO EXCEPTIONS. Guest access PLEASE NOTE. THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS MAX 4 GUESTS. PLEASE REVIEW SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: 1 king bed only and a sectional couch. You may or may not see other residents during your stay. The pool area is for YOUR use only and will not be shared. If you are bringing children, please review the sleeping arrangements and amenities provided and make sure that it works for you. Quiet hours: 10pm - 8 am weeknights 10pm - 9 am weekends Spa is available for your enjoyment: 9am - midnight Other things to note A room AC, fan and space heaters are provided. If it’s too cold, feel free to use space heaters. If it is too hot, open windows and/or use AC/fan. One room has a sliding door and the other has a window. Both have mesh screens and open into a fully fenced backyard. The pool is not surrounded with a childproof fence. Be very mindful of your pets and children and all times. ‼️Glass is not allowed in/near the pool‼️ PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE POOL OR THE HOT TUB AT ANY TIME. Please retrieve ALL of your personal property after the stay. While we will try to reunite you with items that you may have left at the property as soon as possible, we are not responsible for lost or forgotten belongings. Shipping charges will apply.
