Our rustic house sits above the Great Ocean Road, 30 minutes from Apollo Bay, has a great open plan living area, fire box, foodies kitchen, comfortable couches and cozy sleeping areas. The large deck provides superb views of the ocean and space to peacefully relax. If you love sunrise views and wonderful skies, watching weather fronts, and amazing stars, bird sounds and koalas, this house is ideal. Feeding the llamas is a bonus! We have a strict no events/ no party groups policy. The space The farmhouse sits on 15 acres overlooking an expansive view of the ocean. The land is hilly and great for long walks and we have several llamas in the paddocks easily seen from the enormous deck. Most items in the house reflect our commitment to recycling, and sustaining our earth. We have solar heating supplemented by an instantaneous gas hot water service, and the rain water supply is straight off the roof, into tanks and fed back up to the house where it is filtered three times. There is nothing better to drink than our rain water! This is an off-the-grid holiday, in a home where we strive for relaxation whilst caring for our earth. There are three bedrooms available - one room with a King bed, one room with a Queen bed, and a further cozy room with a Queen bed bunks and trundle. Along with high-quality linen, sheets and towels. Very comfortable sleeping for 6 adults, plus a single trundle bed and cot. The space has a fully-equipped kitchen, television, one bathroom, and separate toilet. There is a deck surrounding the house, a bbq, and plenty of land to stroll in. We also have llamas who will be curious about you. PLEASE SHUT ALL GATES AND DO NOT LET THE LLAMAS OUT OF THEIR PADDOCKS. Please do not smoke inside. We have a strict no- events policy. We are very close to Sabine Falls, Otway Forest, Forrest mountain bike rides, the ocean, and Apollo Bay is thirty minutes by car. You can arrive here and not need to leave. Just bring your food and relax. The lower area is private and will not be occupied while you are holidaying here. Other things to note This house is very user friendly and comfortable. We've recently updated our home so please take care of it and enjoy as if it were your own. Phone reception is limited but usually OK at the gate at the top of the hill.
