Quite Big Bedroom with it's own big private bathroom (not en-suite, but just beside the bedroom) in an early 19th century house, that was fully renovated in 2018, located in the heart of the historical center of Faro. The space The bedroom features a queen size bed (1.60 meters) and there is a window with views to a lovely street surrounded by buildings of the same age. Free Wi-Fi. There is a lovely shared living-room. The bathroom is private, but not en-suite, is just beside the bedroom. Please note that kitchen is off limits to our guests. We apologize for the inconvenience. In the other hand SPORTS FANS will be happy to know that most likely they will be able to watch their favorite teams matches in our big screen TV in the living-room. Please check with us. Our property is located 400 m from the bus terminal (buses to/from other towns of the region and the country and also to/from Faro's airport) and 550 m from the train station. Guest access Guests will have access to the bedroom and to the private bathroom and a really nice and big living-room with 2 big windows facing the old street. During your stay Laura was born in Faro, just a couple hundred of meters from the property and Ricardo has been living in Algarve for 20 years. Our knowledge of the town, the region and the country is at the disposal of our guests. Other things to note Heating is only available in the bedroom and in the bathroom. Only the booking guests are allowed in the property. No visits, please. Please remember to keep all shared spaces clean and tidy to respect others guests. Our home is located in a hot climate with specific wildlife. Depending on the time of year and weather conditions, guests may encounter mosquitoes, gnats, lovebugs or other bugs. While we use regular pest control services, we are unable to offer guarantees against or refunds for the occasional bug that may make it inside.
