This apartment in a 120-year-old house in the best location in the center of Tampere is located in a property that many locals don't even know about! The renovated apartment, which is in keeping with the style of the house, enchants with its high rooms, rustic brick walls and magnificent plank floors. When you leave the house's own courtyard, you are surrounded by the services of the city center. Spacious rooms, a steam sauna and a log loft make this fully equipped apartment the perfect place for even a larger group! The space The apartment is located in the best possible location in Tampere! Everything the center of Tampere has to offer is at your fingertips right outside the door, with restaurants, cultural attractions and outdoor areas. In a quiet apartment, the bustle of the city is on the other side of the gate and the large windows overlook an exceptionally idyllic backyard in the center. Sleeping For beds, we have chosen classically beautiful queen size beds (160x200cm) with comfortable mattresses to ensure you have a good night's sleep. For pillows, we chose softer and firmer down pillows so you can sleep according to your preferences (but also suitable for allergy sufferers). The large double beds in the bedroom are separated by a thick blackout curtain, so there is also a little privacy. For the most adventurous of a large group, the living room's heights also include a spacious loft with a full-size double bed (160x200cm). Oh, an even bigger group? No problem! Our apartment is equipped for groups of 8 people and that's why the living room also has the most comfortable sofa bed in the world. We all know what it's like to sleep on a sofa, and we want to challenge that idea! The sofa opens up into a plush double bed (140x200cm) and a soft mattress is hidden inside the divan to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. Try it and be delighted! Of course, you can also ask us more about sleeping options :) Cooking In the handcrafted kitchen, you can cook for a larger group and there you will find all the basic cooking utensils and dishes for dining. The comprehensive equipment includes, for example, an induction hob (2 plates), an integrated oven & microwave, and a large fridge/freezer. The kitchen also has a small dishwasher, a kettle, and a high-quality coffee maker with Moccamaster. In the corner of the kitchen you will also find a wireless charging station for your mobile phone. Bathroom The apartment's specialty is a steam sauna integrated into the shower area, where you can relax in the evening while the candles flicker. Otherwise, the spacious bathroom also has a hairdryer and a drying washing machine! Storage facilities There is certainly room for outerwear in the hallway, but the real storage space is on the bedroom side. There you will find space for your clothes in the large cabinets and a long clothes rail for hanging :) Without further ado, a very warm welcome to us! Guest access The entire apartment is available to our guests. Other things to note A parking space for one car in the courtyard of the house is available for rent at a price of 10€/day. To access the courtyard, you must open the metal gate with the key to the apartment. When leaving the apartment, the gate must be opened before returning the key to the apartment.
