Independent 4th floor apartment, fully equipped and renovated. WiFi VDSL 50Mbps. Small apartment, but spacious and in a very central location, next to Courts. Large terrace with awning and terrace furniture. Next to the similar apartment Hygge A2 (A1 & A2 can be rented together, for a 4-member group or family). Ideal for staying in the city of Trikala, for those who do not wish to use a car for their transportation, because it is located in the city center. The space - Bedroom: double bed with new (05/2025) luxury memory foam air mattress 1.60 X 2.00, large dresser, open wardrobe, a/c cooling & heating, 32"TV, mi box (smart TV), retro electronic game console (mainly mame electronic games) with two wireless remote controls, fan. A free crib - playpen as well as a toddler seat is provided, upon request and confirmation. Baby toys are also provided for use during your stay, which are disinfected after each use. - Bathroom: shower, electric water heater (hot water), air heater, hairdryer & cabinets, first aid box. - Kitchen: table & chairs, refrigerator, electric large kitchen stove, kettle, toaster, blender - multi, French coffee maker, Espresso Krups Dolce Gusto coffee maker, various utensils (pot, pan, briquettes, strainer, etc.), local organic infusions, which we have mostly collected and dried ourselves, tsipouro of our production for the welcome and fruits & vegetables from our garden, if any. - Comfortable reception area with portable heater and hanger. - Large terrace with awning, table, chairs and baby crib. Heating is provided by a 2,000W portable heater and a 12,000 BTU air conditioner.  There is also a portable small air heater in the apartment for faster heating of small spaces, such as a bathroom. WiFi VDSL 50Mbps Double glazing on all windows for better thermal and sound insulation. All windows and balcony doors have mosquito nets. Despite its central location, because it is located on a narrow street, it is relatively quiet. It is noted that the apartment is cleaned and disinfected by a certified workshop, which uses specialized cleaning products on all surfaces (e.g. furniture, knobs, WC), in accordance with the protocols of the National Public Health Organization. In the apartment you will find an envelope, which includes the technical brochure of the cleaning fluids, as well as the safety data sheet. We also provide you with liquid hand sanitizer gel, disinfectant wipes, disposable gloves, electronic thermometer, to use during your stay. An uncertified receipt (not an invoice) is available upon request. Guest access It is a very quiet neighborhood of the center, while access to the city center and all points of interest is on foot. The underground municipal parking of the Courts is 150 meters away (no overnight stay). In the two parallel streets in front of the courts, you can park freely, because controlled parking does not apply there. Also, 400 meters away there are two open free parking lots (Kolokotroni and Filellinon, next to My Market supermarket). All rooms in the apartment are exclusively accessible to guests. Other things to note TRANSPORTATION: - At a distance of 350 meters is the stop for the bus - train to the Fairy Mill. - Free bicycles are available for transportation in the central square of Trikala, only with the presentation of an ID (Infopoint of the Municipality of Trikala, 09:00 - 21:00). There are also taxis parked at this point. Note: During your stay, you must provide us with the TIN corresponding to the person who made the reservation, in order to declare it on the online platform of the Independent Public Revenue Authority (IAPR), as we are obliged by law. The location of the apartment makes it an excellent choice for short-term rentals and exploring the city of Trikala.
