Very large family home, quiet and natural

Large family home in the countryside. Very quiet and relaxing environment. On the bike path for walks, 15 min from Bordeaux, and 1 hour from the beach. Ideal for families with children, our house will welcome you for a good time! We leave everything at your disposal. We are a family who love our living environment and share our home with great enthusiasm! The space The house offers a large living room with living room, dining room and games room with foosball and lots of board games! A large enclosed kitchen, with everything for cooking. A full height refrigerator but no freezer. 5 bedrooms, one bathroom, one shower room with toilet and 1 separate toilet. 2000m2 garden with a large south facing terrace and a smaller west facing second. We have 4 children and you will find to delight yours our basketball basket, trampoline, football cage, tree structure with slide and swing, ping pong table! Indoor foosball, games, books, comics and toys in the thousands:) In bedrooms 2 and 5, the mezzanine beds are not accessible. On a daily basis, we don't have TV. For rentals, we put a TV with an HDMI cable to connect one of your devices. No sheets but pillows and duvets for each bed. (No review in 2023, we did some work during the summer and therefore we did not rent:) Guest access Access to the house is very easy, with a parking space for 2/3 cars. Garage not accessible.
