By the Sea Collection – Studio 44

Studio 44 is the cheapest family option in the By the Sea Port Douglas AirBnb portfolio. This is because it is a studio for four people without separate bedrooms. If you do not mind sleeping in the same space though, this accommodation is excellent value particularly given its location and facilities. Comfortable and well equipped with all the essentials, Studio 44 also comes with a wide range of complimentary extras including free bikes and beach accessories (see full list below)….. The space Studio 44 is part of the award-winning boutique resort complex called By the Sea Port Douglas which is in both an idyllic and convenient location. Nestled on the quiet end of Macrossan Street right by Four Mile Beach but also in the town centre as well. Everything is just a stone’s throw away. Studio 44 has a kitchen, large smart television, sofa, comfortable beds, an outside balcony setting with a Weber barbecue. It also has its own private laundry facilities. If you are looking for accommodation with separate bedrooms, By the Sea Port Douglas does have a range of two-bedroom apartments in their AirBnB portfolio including two and three bedroom Villas. Guest access As a guest of By the Sea Port Douglas you are not only spoilt by the location but also by our extensive range of complimentary extras- beach cruiser bikes, mobile exercise equipment, shopping trolleys, 1000 DVD’s (latest releases included), a range of beach chairs, giant inflatables, floaters, water goggles, beach tables, beach buggies, board games, complimentary Netflix, iPad, laptops, blue tooth devices, nespresso machine and ice coolers. By the Sea also has a heated pool, ice machine, cold water dispenser. It also has a guest laundry but Studio 44 has its own washing machine and drier. Other things to note Please note that: Whilst Studio 44 provides quality comfort it is a studio and does not have separate bedrooms. We provide a complimentary room clean to all those that stay seven days or more. Daily room clean is available at an optional $40 extra per day.
