The unit is located at the Mactan Newtown which is approx. 25 min from the airport, close to 5 star Beach Hotels & Resorts and also has its own beach. Within the complex, retail shops, cafes like Starbucks, fast-food outlets like McDonald's, 24/7 groceries like 7 Eleven are easily accessible and within walking distance. My co-host, Glory, will be welcoming you at Mactan Newtown and reachable via the Airbnb app and email for inquiries and bookings during your stay. For guests checking in, please submit a copy of your photo ID at least 2 days before arrival and you can collect the keys from the Concierge Desk or bring a photocopy of your passport and submit to the Receptionist at the lobby for self check-in or for after 6pm arrival. Mactan Newtown is an upscale retail, condominium and residential community in Mactan Island with 24 hours security, shops, cafes, restaurants, fast-food outlets and beach access within the complex. Local taxis are available on-site and Grab Taxis can also be booked by downloading the Grab app. Should you prefer to rent a car, we will provide contact details of our recommended car rental company for self-drive cars or with a driver.
